Getting Started

How do I start a new batch?

Tap the "+" button on the Today tab. Enter your batch name, select tea type, set F1 duration (typically 7-14 days), and tap Save. Your timer starts immediately!

What's the difference between F1 and F2?

  • F1 (First Fermentation): Main fermentation with SCOBY. Usually 7-14 days.
  • F2 (Second Fermentation): Carbonation in sealed bottles with flavors. Usually 2-4 days.

How do I add F2 flavors?

When F1 completes, tap "Start F2" on your batch. Add flavor notes (like "Strawberry Ginger") and set your F2 timer.
