How do I log a migraine?

Tap the Log tab, adjust the pain level slider, select your triggers, and tap "Save Entry". It takes just 3 taps!

What is Headache Mode?

When your pain level reaches 7 or higher, the app automatically switches to a dark, low-stimulus interface that's easier on your eyes during a migraine.

How do I add custom triggers?

Tap "Browse all triggers" on the Log screen, then scroll to the bottom and tap "Create Custom Trigger". Your custom triggers will appear alongside the default ones.

Where can I see my migraine history?

Tap the History tab to see all your past entries. Each entry shows the date, pain level (color-coded), triggers, and whether you took medication.

Can I edit or delete an entry?

Tap any entry in History to view details. From there you can delete the entry. Currently, editing is not supported - you can delete and re-create if needed.

Why does the pain level stay after saving?

The app remembers your last pain level, so if you're still experiencing a migraine and need to log again, you won't have to adjust it. When your migraine ends, simply log with a lower pain level.

How do I remove ads?

Go to Settings and look for the "Remove Ads" option. This is a one-time purchase that permanently removes all advertisements.

Is my data backed up?

All data is stored locally on your device for privacy. We recommend keeping your device backed up through iCloud (iOS) or Google Drive (Android).

Can I share my history with my doctor?

Yes! You can show your History screen directly to your doctor during appointments. The color-coded pain levels make it easy to identify patterns.
