1. Information We Collect

We do NOT collect any personal information.

Sourdough Starter Tracker is designed to work completely offline. All your data, including:

• Starter profiles (names, photos, settings)
• Feeding logs (dates, times, ratios, health notes)
• App preferences and settings

...is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

2. Advertising

To keep the app free, we display ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Device information (model, OS version)
• IP address (for general location)
• Ad interaction data

This data is collected and processed by Google AdMob according to their Privacy Policy.

You can remove ads completely with a one-time in-app purchase ($1.99), which also stops all AdMob data collection.

3. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the app (e.g., which features are used most). This helps us improve the app.

Firebase Analytics may collect:

• Anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, buttons tapped)
• Device type and OS version
• Crash reports

No personally identifiable information is collected. All data is anonymous and aggregated.

4. No Account Required

Sourdough Starter Tracker does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in. We have no user database.

5. Your Data, Your Control

Since all your starter data is stored locally on your device:

• Backup: Your data is NOT backed up to the cloud. If you uninstall the app, your data will be deleted.
• Delete: You can delete all your data at any time from the Settings screen.
• Export: You can export your data (coming soon) to keep a copy.

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
